GDPR

As you may already know, the GDPR, enacted into UK legislation on the 25th May 2018, considerable strengthens the law which is designed to give people control over personal information held about them by ‘data controllers’. It creates new obligations for data controllers and gives people more rights.

Swanage Conservative Club collects and is responsible for certain personal information about you. This means that we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of General Data Protection Regulations which applies to us accordingly. To download our Privacy Notice.
